All purchases on MidnightLuna are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments for digital services once access has been granted.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This is standard practice for digital content and subscription services.

Why we have this policy

MidnightLuna provides instant access to a digital service upon payment. Because the service is delivered immediately and digitally, we are unable to "take back" access once it has been provided, which is why all sales are final.

Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@midnightluna.com and we will resolve it promptly.
